Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. Maintenance sprints are scheduled during low-latency periods to minimize disruption to global operations.
Liability Limitation
Toplogic shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our research, insights, or digital tools. Our liability is capped at the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
